Weber's Discount Air  offers discounted rates and priority status as a preferred customer because A wide range of things can go wrong with your heating, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems, particularly when you least expect it or can least afford it. Under our maintenance contracts, we come out in emergencies without the overtime charges.

We perform monthly service checks and maintenance for equipment on contract—so when you need us late at night weekends or on holidays we're available at no additional overtime cost.

Weber's Discount Air offers preventative maintenance and annual service agreements for our customers to avoid costly repairs and to make sure you’re heating equipment and air conditioning equipment is running properly and safely. It extends the life of your equipment and lowers utility costs. Our service agreement provides you with two complete inspections per year.  The spring season and during the fall season. We also provide our customers who have a service agreement a 15% discount on any repairs, if a problem should arise.

• Lubrication of Rotating and Bearing Surfaces
  Periodic lubrication will decrease friction and prevent costly repairs.
• Inspect and Test All Safety Controls
  Prevents costly repairs to equipment and helps to maintain a fail-safe system.
• Inspect Blower Drivers and Assembly
  Help maintain proper air flow.
• Inspect All Temperature Controllers
  Helps maintain a true comfort zone.
• Inspect and Test Electrical Motor
  Help detect any malfunctions that may cause equipment failure.
• Inspect Condensation Lines and Pans
  Proper drainage can eliminate mold and spores and reduce growth of bacteria.
• Inspect and Test Heat Exchanger and Flue Pipe.
  This will ensure there are no leaks or cracks which could allow carbon monoxide into the home.

  A dirty filter decreases air flow and the efficiency of your system. Ensuring filters are clean prevents damage to your system.

  Keeping a proper charge in your system helps maintain efficiency. Any leaks will cause high operating costs, decrease efficiency and will result in costly repairs
